Have a problem with my account, phone says not in service, really?

Being with your establishment close to 40 years and with this branch many of those 40 years he's an unrecognized patron. Also,many years he paid bills with money orders he'd buy at the first of the month when cashing his check -until I took the task over. His bank of 40yrs. was CHARGING HIM $5.00 A MONEY ORDER!! Those M.O. SHOULDV'E BEEN FREE!! AN AVERAGE OF $25.00 a month for many, many years he paid. You should be embarrassed and ashamed. You will have one less customer soon. Not that anyone will notice.
