To: Accounts Manager/Charlotte's Randolph Street Branch:

Dear Sir/Ma'am:

I would like to open an account with your credit union because I have a gift coming to me drawn of your branch. Please call/e-mail me on how I can do this at 1-(757)-785-8809 or at the e-mail you in the block you provided for me. I'm available between the hours of 10:30am to 4:00pm M-F and all day Saturday. They need a 24 hour member service number.....i need help today Saturday and I cannot reach anyone...this makes me want to cancel my account

Allegany does not have a 24 hour customer service number so you can reach someone for help outside of bank hours if you have issues. They also have limited locations only surrounding their home office in Winston Salem.
