I agree changed thinks without even telling people about than wanting to say the sent everything out in the mail explaining.
I agree with anonymous user, I do the same thing check balance and see what checks went thru!!!
I have been a member of this bank for over 20 years and I want to know what`s going on! I call the number for my account information and all I get is a busy signal, WHAT`S GOING ON???? I take money out of the terminal and don`t get an amount left in it, I need to see what checks were cashed so I don`t over withdrawal. Is there a new president / CEO or what? I demand information back I think I deserve it. The last thing I want to do is to take my banking elsewhere.
Horrible service and employees. They are incompetent and slow moving in the mortgage process. Wouldn't recommend them to another person, and would certainly never use them for banking.
