I used to have accounts at this bank,,but when my father became senile and created a big complicated disaster in the house involving his eldercare and house maintenance issues ..how did the bank help me out..first they changed their good easy old slips into complicated horrible user hostile slips for deposits and withdrawal and when I had the impertinence to complain about it they said they were ending their relationship with me because Ii was moving too much of my own money in the accounts!!!! as if i were a terrorist or something WOW!!!
Worst bank ever!!! They have no tellers..at all..you spend 30 min there just waiting for simple deposit....they undetstaffed...workers seem overwhelmed and can not provide the service. the place is always overcrowded...very busy...i don't like it.
Will never go there again.
why is it so difficult to find the branch hours?
I opened three accounts at your bank. On last week I went on line to do online banking, just to find out that the bank had closed all three accounts without notification. I was told when I did reach someone by the name of Antigoma that three checks were in the mail. to this date 10/12/17, I have not received them. How do you close accounts without saying something to the customer. I an calling channel 7 eyewitness news, and my Lawyer. Really? 0
