I Have had this online account many years and for the last month I have been unable to access my account. I have used the same ID and password for years and now they tell me I have the wrong ID or password. I went to your bank and was able to access my account one day and now I am locked out. You really need to update your online accounts. I am thinking of changing banks.

FIRST SECURITY BANK!!!
There is a new manager at the First Security Alcoa Road branch in Bryant/Benton, Arkansas, Stella Drennan who flagged my account to have my overdraft protection removed for "abuse"!!. It is true that I have had to rely on it for several months now because of health and recent expenses from having to move to be closer to my caregiver. I am a 30 year survivor of HIV and medical cost, caregivers and prescriptions cost keep me in a negative balance alot.
But my SSDI is direct deposited into my account on the 3rd of each month, the deposit is more then twice of the $500 overdraft protection so the overdraft is brought current on the 3rd. It also cost me $28.00 overdraft fee which I understand and accept. My prescription cost this year is over $29,000.00 That doesn't cover doctor fee, lab fees etc.
My family has several accounts and several savings so that should make us as "good & loyal" customers. First Security has changed from the helpful friendly bank that we decided to put our trust in and do business with, they have lost that "local, homey" feeling that brought our business to First Security , so it was unanimously agreed that everyone would support me and find a more understanding bank if the decision isn't changed and overdraft isn't restored. I will look at options tomorrow and let the family know.
Right now I can't recommend First Security to anyone in my church or civic organizations all because the manager hurt my financial situation without offering to talk with me and find out the reason for my "abuse" of the privilege of overdraft protection.
