Recently the Cottonwood Az branch unnessasarily changed its phone menu options. Now you cannot get thu to the member care center at all for a while now and non of the option numbers work. You get nowhere and nothing by calling any of there phone numbers. This makes it very frustrating for customers who count on this phone line to actually work and give them the information about their account. And they made it harder. Whoever thought of this innovation thanks a lot but no thanks. Please ask them to put their phone system back to the way it was- PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!
