I'm trying to reach the Hoover branch. A recording says the number on the business card is no longer in service.
I have been trying to contact the bank by phone to pay my bill all last week & this week, also used my acct information to try & pay online yet i get dead air & an error that the credentials dont match & i have my bill. This is absolutely the worst service ever. I work from 6am to 5pm and call on 15min 1hr & 20 breaks yet still no response on multiple numbers

Awesome experience dealing with Roxanne and Brian with this branch. Explained my needs and they went above and beyond with their service. Only drawback at times experienced long wait. Also do not understand why not all branches do not have safe deposit boxes at all branches when there is a long waiting list at those branches.
Getting through to the customer service number is a nightmare.
