Went their to cash a check from their facility, made out to my husband who had out of state i. d. I have an Arizona i. d. And because of the i.d. s they tried not to cash it, went through supervisors and managers and finally after saying that we might as well call our friend who had banked with Midfirst, and requesting he close both his business and personal banking accounts because his checks are not cashable, and thirty minutes into this, they finally cashed our measly hundred dollar check. Will not ever bank with these people. Not at all friendly or professonal! Very discriminating! Really? Who are they?
