1. Natural person members of the Buffalo Co-operative Community Council in Buffalo, New York, who qualify for membership in accordance with its bylaws as of this charter and live or work in Erie County, New York;

2. Members of record of Parkside Federal Credit Union as of the effective date of merger with Buffalo Cooperative Community Council Federal Credit Union; members of the Parkside Community Association in Buffalo, New York who qualify for membership in accordance with its constitution and bylaws in effective October 21, 1986;

3.Members of record of Adam Plewacki Post 799 Federal Credit Union as of the effective date of merger; members of the American Legion Adam Plewacki Post 799, its Women's Auxiliary, and its Sons and Daughters Division, in Buffalo, New York, who qualify for membership in accordance with their constitutions and bylaws; members of the Polish Community Center of Buffalo, Inc. in Buffalo, New York
