This Bank is the Worse Bank. They steal your money. Tellers are all Rude
I have been along time customer at the Norridge branch on 7460 W Irving Park Road since I moved into Norridge over 40 years. I stayed with all the bank takeovers over the years. I always felt went this bank was neighborhood FRIENDLY. Now you walk into this bank and it is worse than a morgue. It doesn't have the friendly atmosphere at ALL.
I realize a bank is professional or whatever but you just took away the most important aspect of a business, making it inviting. Even the employees look like they cannot be friendly in fear of not being professional!! The candy, the coffee, the cookies, the decorations always made you feel welcome. Maybe let up on the professional look and go back to the friendly welcoming look.
