Terrible 800 number....been waiting 30 minutes so far.....still holding!
Please give me the list of Patelco Credit Unions in California, so I can tell my friends about your great rates.

I sat for hold on the general Patelco 800 number for over an hour. I finally found the number to my local, Brentwood office, but when I called, all I get is another voicemail. I wonder what happens if someone really needs to get hold of a live body in a timely manner, LIKE ME!! Not too happy with their phone service. Since I have a problem and never was able to get through, I can only rate this a one star.
ATM on the premises accepted CU ATM card from a different credit union with the "Co-op" triangle symbol. Card was accepted, but no further action was taken. Card return request was refused. Branch personnel first asked about being a Patelco CU member, then refused any further assistance, advising there was another party involved with the ATM machine and advised to call the (out-of-state) CU the card was issued by. No attempt to assist in resolving the matter such as providing a contact number for the party servicing the ATM, if there is a separate party.
Customer support? Non-existent. Great way to treat a potential customer.
I put some money in the bank today I like around 3:15 pm to 3:30pm time and a put in a two $20 and two fives and Spit out the $21 and it took my card I’m really concerned about this whole thing

Today is Sunday and I just deposited my kids money, one of the dollar bill did not accept it and spit it out so I tried it again but it did not accept it so I cancelled it but the slot money turned red and did not spit out my money $100 back.
I cannot get hold of anyone at this number. I've tried many times without success. This is very poor service.
I cannot ever get hold of them by phone.
