I was planning to transfer my account from Chase to Regents in Vista, however it looks like you're downsizing. I like the fact it's just around the corner from our home, but it you're taking this branch out, I'm not interested. I do have one account there & I love the customer service we always receive as well as not getting charged for every transaction. What are your plans for the future?
