Location Reviewed:Bay Cities Credit Union: Main Office - Hayward, CA
My daughter went in to clear her account up after she was frauded with identity theft. An old man named Jeff, cussed her out actually using the F word and then threw her out. He was completely unreasonable, mean and hugely unproffesional ...my family has a lot of money here and has used this establishment for years and years. If this travesty is not corrected at once, we will all close our accounts.
