I have been banking with this branch for over 10 years and never had a problem until 2 years ago til now. They need to hire experienced people. The employees they have now are very rude and have no experience what's so ever. I have asked to speak to their Manager and all they do is put you on hold and never get back to you. Very disappointed. I will be closing my account soon.
They need to hire people that know what their job is. These people don't know how to do their job and to top it off they are very rude and have no experience. They speak to you with attitude and very unprofessional
