I opened an account last 9/2017 due to their promotion for New customers and direct deposit. Details to follow after I get result from this promotion I am working on at this time. Frustrating!!
Anyway, I was waiting at their lobby to open an account ...waited for good 30 minutes nobody bothered to approach me. Finally one rep came to me and ask if she could help me. The result was so surprising to me..I had to make an appointment to open an account. Made me feel that they don't need my business.

I sent my office manager to make a deposit (monthly rents) and the branch had disappeared (Roseville,CA) ! Thanks for the notification. If you sent notification to my ex wife who is also on the account, you only did half the job. Rancho is too far away. I will be changing banks next month. Sad state of affairs.
