I'm really extremely concerned the house Plumas Bank in Chester California allowed my uncle James Newell closed out our bank January 4th 2017 he does not put money in the account was able to close the account out without us being there. I had gotten a call about four or five days ago speaking to my uncle James Newell. The vice president of Chester bank had called him at his personal home in the morning slandering me and asking him to close out his bank. Yet I have another sitting here in front of me the she said to me on the same day that she had called my Uncle on Tuesday December 13th 2016 in the morning I got a letter that day at 3:17 p.m. in the afternoon stating hello Ann tried to call you to further discuss phone transfer but your mailbox is full I need to apologize I missed look at the savings account I just found the fees on the checking so in the mail you will see how I calculated the fees for both checking and savings you are correct the amount is more it's totaled 1:35 for the year quantity of fees. I credit the checking account on 12/13/16 427 transfer fees you look good now you understand the foreign ATM fees can vary so keep in mind when using the machine for the transfer thank you for your time. I had called them and left a message with Tracy Smith on Monday . January 2nd to ask her to take my uncle James Newell off the account he was just a cosigner never put any money in . As well as her boss that morning extension 8924 she had stated she would call me at the end of the day and let me know what was going on I never received a phone call. I'm extremely disappointed in the ethics in the vice president of Chester Bank Tracy Smith I would like a full investigation on her ethics. When I spoke with her this morning she was not up forth with what she had done she just kept stating your uncle has the right to close out the account as well. My uncle called me up and told me to close out the account and she told me she wanted me to close out the account and that is the reason Uncle James Newell closed out the account because of Tracy Smith calling and asking according to my uncle James Newell if this is not the correct then there's some serious lack of communication which could cause troubles and it did my husband check is up in the air we will not be getting a check probably for about 10 to 15 days we have a developmentally disabled child who has needs you were putting this out.

Just opened 2 new accounts. Service was great. Small town feel with an excellent atmosphere when you walk into the door. All my friends who have small business are asking me lots of questions, and I would highly recommend them to Plumas Bank. Thanks again Plumas.
