Horrible! Very unpleasant when the recording says "press star to access an operator." There's is no one there! It's a loop...
I have been restricted from accessing my account on your website. I went to the 1st street branch two days in a row, and finally on the second day I was able to login on my smart phone. I thought that would allow me to login on my home computer, but NO!

I wish I could rate it at ZERO stars.
The bank should change its name to FU Community Bank. There is no "First" in their service. The teller was snotty when I asked if I could get $20 in quarters today. I had a $20 dollar bill in my hand. He said, do you have an account with us? I said no. He said I cant help you. Go see customer service and went back to his conversation with the other teller. I will never use this bank for anything, ever or have anything good to say about it.
