The employees at my branch in Clarksville, TN are nothing short of spectacular. I've been with them for about 5 years and cant say enough good about them. Definitely 5 stars. I'm so happy that I use them for my banking needs.😊

I've been with this bank for 11 years.
The staff are real polite, always smiling. If I ever had a problem it would turn out that i done something wrong.

Horrible. My son signed up for FSNB in bootcamp, then changed to NFCU when he found that FSNB didn't have any branches up north. FSNB finance charged his Checking acct to negative amount, then transferred money from his savings cover it and closed his checking acct. Then they started finance charging his savings acct. He doesn't know how to get his money out of his savings since there are no branches where he is located. I think they suck cause they rip off military personnel. And, yes, I know, they are a bank and all of these things were probably in the fine print when he signed up, but as some of you may know when you are a recruit in boot, you may not know a whole lot about how the world is going to try to screw you over, and you probably don't think that that since you are in the military that they aren't going to rip you off. Hard lesson to learn.

Staff here are very nice and accomodating. Many times I wanted to close my acct. due to calling amd service from those people were subpar..but going to the office and they handled it with such class and care I have stayed..the customer call service could use some help.
