Don't use this ATM it may ruin your life, it does not work properly and "third party" that handles this ATM makes big mistakes. I've been taken advantage of twice on this ATM the second to the last time, I made a deposit and they indicated that that deposit was not received 6 weeks later to my other credit union and then, after my credit union investigated, they said they received 3 checks but didn't receive the other check however all of them were included, with a deposit slip in one of Kenecta's deposit envelopes. Nobody got back to me on that and it's been awhile. Today I use the ATM to verify the balance on another credit union and the Machine crashed! There was nobody available at the credit union and over the phone people were totally useless to help me try and retrieve my card. You cannot get anyone on the phone number posted on the ATM. All you get Advertisements. You have to call (310) 643-5400 and eventually get a human that was not at all help always saying "There is nothing that I do. I had to contact the credit union that I was looking at and they stopped at the credit card. Now I have to call again on Monday and get a new card reissued. This Credit Union and their customer service are a bunch of Ruthless People! This ATM is a total joke and it should shut down. Use this ATM at your own risk. If you belong to this Credit Union you should probably think about changing because they have no idea what customer service is all about
