I have accounts at the S. West Bay Shore, Traverse City, MI site and they have been very helpful to me when I have needed extra help. I am not tech savvy when it comes to the different ways of handling bill pay, etc. but what I do know is, they are willing to work with me.
Staff is rude, allow Fraud to go on underneath their noses. Allowed for criminal to rip off multiple people in the community of Tawas. Bobbi and her staff knew the situation yet still played into the hands of the Criminal. Taking these guys to court and to the proper Financial authorities. Even corporate would rather protect the Shady manager. She needs to lose her job. I can't wait to also take this again to Corporate after it goes to the CFPB and DIFS.
Very disappointed with customer service. People don't seem very friendly or helpful. I would not recommend chemical bank to anyone
The bank site is so full of everything it is hard to find the most basic
site, LOG IN. At the top of your first page should be the Log In site.
Your bank site is a mess, clean it up so I can go directly to LOG IN.
Least user friendly bank around.
every time I have been to this bank they have always been friendly and also when I have called with a questions. I feel very lucky to live so close to this bank!!
