Worse bank in the state of WV, no doubt. They are all smiles as long as you play by their rules ! The do not use any common sense when it comes down to business...Treat people like clones and don't believe in thinking outside the box...No common sense allowed like some of the smaller banks. They have some of the highest interest rates and most difficult requirements around. I base this on 3 WV locations, 1 in Beckley, Alderson and worst of all, Hinton !!
Have used this bank for 40 years or more. They have some of the best personal I have come in contact with. Always polite, helpful in anyway. On a scale of 1 to 10, they are a 10.
My girlfriend has a account there but can't get money out of her account bank keeps giving her the run around 3 weeks now we have been fighting with citi to get her money out.
Don't ever use citi bank. They treat people like dirt.
