Lousy experience. As a branch member I tried to use my bank card at the ATM at Butler Crossing and the ATM ate my card not returning it and claiming it was invalid. I used this card earlier in the day with NO PROBLEM. Clearview is obviously second rate which echos the entire area.

HORRIBLE TELLERPHONE SERVICE....56 MINUTE WAIT..

I WANTED VISA DEPT AND PRESSED PROMPT AND IT SENT ME TO WAIT ....
SO DISAPPOINTED IN THIS CREDIT UNION
SECOND TIME I HAVE BEEN CHARGED A LATE FEE FOR VISA PAYMENT THAT WAS PAID FOR ON TIME....
YOUR NUMBERS FOR BRANCHES JUST KICKS BACK TO TELLERPHONE NUMBER...
