Not good!
So frustrating. the website has been down since at least 6am this morning when I checked. (It is now 8:25 am.) I called and your stated menu option of "0" does not work anywhere during the explanation of selections. Service from this bank has gotten worse.
How in the hell do you get to talk to someone at your bank ??? NO telephone express and every damned phone # leads to online banking morons that cannot tell me anything about my account. NOT to mention hold time is outrageous - last time all together 2 hours. This time I am now at 30 minutes - ALL I WANT IS TO FIND OUT MY LAST DEPOSIT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
