I have tried to call your customer service number and the last time was on hold for 12.17 minutes. Whats the problem?
I am trying to use my rewards gift card and presently have a balance of $61:06 on it. When I do try to use it, it gets declined. Why?
I enter my pin and and the recording says it can be matched up with my account number.
That number is 5216 7700 1105 3755. Would you please activate this card, give me a new pin, or do whatever is necessary to fix this problem?
