I just want to reach a human
Family membership in Bellco began in 1946. The days of real service have been trashed. Hours wasted waiting on phone; minimum wait 30 minutes; rep was so
incompetent, had to ask for supervisor. Asked for phone# for branch office closer
to me; put on hold for 8 minutes to get #. Tried to call, # is invalid. Will drive to
the branch and close 3 accounts on 1st of month. Lots of other banks willing to
listen to customers. Customer abuse working well, eh?
I am baffled to reach a customer service representative. I get the "our wait is longer than usual" then it goes to the options for phone banking. I just want to speak with a representative and since I'm in another state I can't just walk in during regular hours.
Please, what number reaches a live person ?
Phone service only helps other banks get new customers. Keep it up

Your phone system is horrid !!!! Impossible to talk to a live person or even be able to get referred to a person is not at all possible. Trying to get information .
Who do you call to get a deferment on your car note.I have called all kind of numbers to talk to rep.Your system is not effective to people who live outside of your state.If in wanted to money in my account there is no luck that I would be able to draw off of it.Maybe you need to see about people talking to a rep. My rating for you is poor
They are hard to pay. I live 150 from the closest branch and had an oversight on my part. Need to make payment to clear in 3 days and they couldnt gaurantee it would clear in time before it went into 30 days. Its 2017 and we are dealing with this! All payments post within a day now. FRUSTRATED!!!
Impossible to reach a human being by phone. Poor customer service.
Their phone system is ridiculous, hate it, hate it, hate it!!
I called to see if they had a notary and could not get a person, which is nuts. How do they expect to generate new customers if you can't at least get some information about their services on the phone.
My experience was horrible. I wanted to call the local branch to see if they had a notary. I can't find their phone number and every number I try takes me to a stupid IVR that offers no help.
It is IMPOSSIBLE to get through to you all on the phone.
