Wonderful experience opening a new account. The staff was thoughtful and responsive. While I normally bank online, I would not hesitate to visit a branch and work with the staff when I'm unable to find my answers online. Highly recommend!

Changed their online banking. No explanation. Log-ins don't work. Coming up on time for monthly bills, information that is needed like balance -- can't access. Less and less convenient dealing with CoreFirst.

I have been to this bank once, I'm sorry to say I will not return. I needed to cash a check from your bank and I was given the 3rd degree. I needed three ID's, and I Had to give over my SSN. THey could tell I was getting upset, and I was told, don't worry, we'll keep your personal information on hand so it won't take so long next time!, I said oh shit, no, no you won't, I need to speak to the manager and I said you know you can't demand that, with valid ID"s. She said I can and I will. I said really, who told you that? She said The Patriots Act! It states I have the right to as ANY personal information in order to cash a check, even if it's from that Bank, and that Branch! I said I think you misunderstood it. She said no if you don't like it, leave. The check I tried to cash from my parents as I told her. I have spoke to them and we are looking for another place for there money, all six figures of it. I'm not sure who desided it was a good idea to put a twenty something who seems knows everything, in charge but I think you made a very big mistake. They do not have the skill set yet at that young age to do that job, and her showing her ass, proves it. I'm sorry but we will move all family money as well the business Acc's as soon as we can. People please be careful with your personal information.
