What a shame.....This was a great bank that cared about the customers. Now, it is all about money. I have banked there for over thirty years. My various accounts are leaving because this place s__ks! There are banks that still do care about customers.

Lisa is AWSOME. Every time I do business with them, either on the phone or in person, they make me feel like I am their only customer. We have business and personal accounts with them and this is by far the BEST service we have received from a bank and we have been banking with different banks for over 27 years. If you own a business or just need a personal banker, you will not be disappointed.

I need to log in/ for real time account info, site asked to re-enter my email address over and over and over.
I called my Lake Ave branch...only voice recording / no one answers the phone.
I am planning to move my accounts....after 20 years. In the past months I have had multiple issues with this site.

Always friendly and very helpful particularly since my mother (95 years young) has found it difficult to leave her assisted living apt.
