They send your customer service calls to INDIA and then when you ask for a U.S. representative they say I don't have the authority to transfer you to a U.S. agent.. they transfer you to a supervisor in India after placing you on hold.. then you get yet another person speaking so fast you cant understand a word they say.. It took me 5 calls and about 45 minutes on hold during calls to the numbers on the statement and the card to finally get transferred to a U.S. based representative.. after demanding transfer to a U.S. Rep... then they had to call me back.. So, Here is the NUMBER they called me from in Las Vegas... 702-269-1000 IF YOU NEED HELP from customer service.. save yourself the grief and agravation use the U.S. number above..

It is impossible to pay your credit card on this Bank. I have registered my Bank Account and Savings Account, yet there are so many steps , before they will take the money...like small deposits from them to my account, then I have to verify UGHHHH, just take the payment. I will close this account.
This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. From day 1 I have had problems.
Within the first few months someone else tried to use it, and it took me weeks to
get it straightened out. Don't ever try and make a payment on line over a week-end,
they never get it. Supposedly it went to a third party. Then I get a notice that I had
closed the account (which I didn't) and a few days later it's asking me to reinstate it.
Finally the card expired in June 2018, but I never received any notice about it expiring and that a new card would be issued. After many phone calls I finally reached someone in Las Vegas (the home office) and she was able to straighten everything out. Forget about calling any of the numbers listed on line of on your bill, or your card, they don't speak English.

I have a credit card through credit one bank and I called prior to making a transaction to see my available credit and it stated 13.00 and I used 12.00 and now the card states I'm over my credit put mit when I know I called and checked the balance prior to making purchase. I called in and a representative told me that 7.00 would come off of my account t from the Dollar general yesterday and my account was fine but when I look again today it's still saying overlimit even though I know I was within the limit.

This bank is complete SHIT!!! I would strong recommend getting any other card besides this garbage. They are complete con artist. On their website they post fake reviews to make their company seem better than they are. First incident happened After having the card for 5 days they reported that I missed a payment when I hadn't even used the damn card. When you call customer service you get someone who doesn't speak english. I paid off the annual fee in full as they said you are only paying the annual fee once yet they also charge you small amounts a month and when I asked why I was being charged for something I paid off they hung up on me. They will not allow me to make a payment. They said you can only make 4 payments in a 30 day period so I'm not allowed to pay my bill. If I'm not allowed to pay my bill they should NOT be allowed to charge me a late fee or report that I didn't make a payment when I have tried. Then they try to charge you $9.95 for an expedited payment otherwise you would have to wait 5-7 days for your funds to be available. If I pay it off right away. The funds should be available right away. They have no branch locations to into I have searched high and low.
How come your website doesn't work? I have tried several times through bing, Facebook, twitter! You gave me a website to try, but it doesn't work either. I don't get paper bills, and your phone system charges $9.95 to pay by phone, which is unfair! What can you do to rectify this?

Not very plesant, due to the fact that I was in an accident and needed to activate the insurance during my recovery, and when I called to reinstate my account I was informed that it had been "closed"? Never missed a payment. When I asked for an explanation I was told "they made a decision to close the account because I hadn't been employed for four months." Wow! Descrimination? Awful experience.
They call me at least 10 times a day and I check my acct online stating my payment is due 6/4 and it's the last week in May?? I can't get paper statements....

Horrible Customer service!!!! Never able to talk to anyone or get anything accomplished. Thieves and liars!! I've had these cards for over 2 years Balances paid in full and never late. Ask for a simple FN letter having my Wife removed as an Authorized user on 1 of the cards and was told 24 - 48 hrs . Called back 6 days later and was told it was submitted on SAT 3/25 i called Wednesday 3/22 pathetic cust service!! Was also told it take 24 - 72 business hours. Place is a joke
Am absolute nightmare! Customer service has no clue to anything they are talking about. The customer service is outsourced to the Philippines and can barely speak English.
The first time I had a problem with CreditOne, was when I tried to pay the card in full, they claimed I gave them the wrong checking account info. This was false.
I didn't use the card for two months and had a ZERO balance. I am transferring from the US to Japan and used the card for gas as I traveled from Seattle to Orlando to visit with family.
My billing cycle is the 19th of each month. The following mages zero sense but this is what happened and what I was told. I used the card on the 15th of the month and again on the 16th as we traveled to Florida. On our return back to Seattle I went to use the card and it was declined. I was well under my credit limit.
I called customer service multiple times. The first time I was told that there was two charges at a gas station in Ocala Florida, one was for $37 and the other was for $151.
After several calls to the gas station I discovered CreditOne had lied. The $151 was a hold THEY put on the card. I called CreditOne back and this time I was told something right different.
I demanded to speak to an English speaking person. After holding for a few, I got a male superviser who was not American. He informed me that my card was due on the 19th and until I paid the charges from the 15th and 17th my card was on hold.
Nonetheless, arguing with this idiot did no good. I am not going to let this rest. I will be contacting legal through the Navy to have this settled.

ABOUT 6 MONTHS AGO I PAID 500.00 ON ONE OF MY ACCOUNTS. I WASN'T SURE WHAT WAS GOING ON SO I CALLED AND THEY SAID "OH IT PAYMENT DIDN'T GO THROUGH YOUR BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER IS WRONG AND IF IT HAPPENS AGAIN WE WILL TAKE THE CARD"

I am traveling outside the US and tried to use my card and was declined. I even made my last payment over the phone, and had explained my travel plans. My account was in good standing and I had accessed it online, with no issues there. I called to see why my card was declined again and customer service (call center outside the US) said my account had been cancelled and I would be receiving an explanation notification through the mail. I have a paperless account, so why exactly did they not notify me through email? I can get no answers, as every phone number they have goes outside the US. I suppose I will get my answer when I get back to the US in April! Credit One is just plain awful. Thank you for doing this to a customer in good standing while they are in another country.

Express pay didn't fulfil my funds in 24hrs as noted by website. I paid the additional fee of $9.95. Paid the remainder of my balance off, the funds came directly out of my checking account. Looked at my Acct and notice I was limited to the amount of funds available. Talked to a customer service rep names Kristoff, he informed me my credit won't be available til the 5th of September. That's misleading. You shouldn't allow two options online if one has restrictions and the other does not. Was told I needed to fax the branch with this info and a phone number. Was very calm and respectful with my conversation with the rep. As was he in return. Not sure why I have to wait when I paid that fee.
