My wife and I made the trip to your CU on 67th Ave. to open a CD. We were treated very rudely. Usually when you go into someone's office you introduce yourself & state your name & act friendly. We brought our certificate of trust with us so if we die there would be no probate for our children. She really didn't know how to open an account in a living trust. She stated she made the decision that she would not deal with us anymore. I gave her my cell # hoping her manager will call me tomorrow. It is OK to say you don't know how to do something but to say that is it?
