RE: dormant acct. #0120306204 very upset regarding acct. which I actually thought was closed! My brother actually received the notice about my dormant account..(I used to live with him @ Old Mill Road, Agawam) I am living @ the Cape. he told me about the notice..so I called the 1-8007735601# and spoke to Miss Sanfaro ..she said to have someone deposit even $1.00 to show activity.. as I told her that I would be back in Feeding Hills on the 24th of this May..she said then I can go in to the bank in person & sign paper at that time..this was on May 5th!! So my friend went to the bank to deposit money in my acct. and the manager said I had to do it..she explained why she was doing this for me as I was told by the Rep!! Yes I am very upset and embarrassed for my friend..so much trouble over so little money! I was going to keep the acct open.. but Now I wish to close the acct!!! please send papers to sign off on..and send check to me @ 10 Beldan Lane,Centerville,MA 02623 Lack of communication or training.. very bad!!
