My experience has been BAD. I wanted to support this FCU, but unfortunately I can no longer do it. When I first opened the account, I could not access the website for MONTHS, because the website was only compatible with google chrome only, and it had to be the most recent upgrade, and was not compatible at all with Windows Explorer. My real issue is their customer service, or the severe lack of it. To have to leave a message two and three times for a callback to a bank is no good. No matter what time you call between 10-2 during normal (?) business hours, you HAVE TO LEAVE A MESSAGE. Lastly, they say that they are a part of the COOP BRANCH networking system, however in theory they are not. I deposited a check at a co-op branch that was issued by TD Bank, which is a major bank, however there was a 10 business day hold on the check!!! The check was $1000! NOTHING on their website says this, and when I finally got to speak to a person, I was only told that there was nothing they could do about it! I wish I had asked someone about these things before I opened an account at this bank.
