why are 3 branch closeing down?
Needed to allow my nephew have 25.00 out of my account. It was an emergency. I live in De Motte and he lives in Rensselaer. They would not allow me to give them my information over the phone and accommodate this one simple request. Just never willing to do anything extra to help out a customer. community bank but not willing to understand a situation. I have plenty of money in this bank to cover this. I tried to call the main office but the phone has been down all day.
