Recently underwent an almost complete personnel change and I was very nervous that the quality of service would change. I have been pleasantly surprised as all of the new staff are as personable and helpful as their predecessors!

Unable to reach an actual customer service person. Only so-called "Call Center" people are available via phone. This is totally unacceptable. I've been a member since the 1980's. Today I am unable to access my accounts. The call center employee is only able to tell me I need a 'secure access code' but cannot give me any reason for this sudden change. Account was accessible two days ago. Something has happened to my account and no one at the call center is able to provide help. Denali's system is denying me access to my account. BAD BAD BAD. If I could give you less than one star, I would.
So I went to your location at Pentland parkway today. I got in line at 6:50 and there we two tellers both helping customers and I waited ten minutes and when it was my turn to be helped they shut the gate IN MY FACE! He was very rude and WOULD NOT help me even though I been standing there for 10 minutes so I couldn't get any money out to get gas for my car food for my kids or anything else I needed because he wanted to get home and get out of work early and wouldn't spend 5 minutes to help me I am very disappointed with the service I received well with the treatment I received because I wasn't even helped! this incident alone almost makes me want to switch Banks because this has never happened to me anywhere else with any other bank or any other service in my life I'm very disappointed really in disbelief that anyone would treat a customer like that after they've been standing there for 10 minutes.

In late July, I sent in a Change of Beneficiary form since my husband and I wanted our accounts retitled to a combined trust that was restated in September 2015 and, prompted by our attorney, I asked for a letter confirming that the account names had all been updated with the new trust name. Since then, I have followed up this request with several subsequent requests which have resulted in extended conversations with some of the personnel but what seemed like a very simple request has resulted in nothing but assurances and no actions. The latest I've been told is that a diary memo will have to be activated with the full trust name, and our accounts can be set up as joint accounts, but that we will have to sign new signature cards. So far, three weeks later, we have still not received any paperwork to sign and return. My husband and I are seriously considering canceling our accounts at DFCU (which were opened in 1975) if we don't receive a letter giving the account-title confirmations we are requesting. It is very important that the trust name and date be exactly as we have requested. We are extremely frustrated and disappointed at the treatment we have received. Over the 40 years we have been members of DFCU we have not required much attention in order to maintain our accounts so our low rating of DFCU is because we haven't required much attention, and because of the poor service we are getting now.
Worst Experience. Use another bank or credit union. No communication. My car was totaled and insurance was working with Denali FCU. The ending...Denali FCU has sent me to collections with not one clear explanation lots of smoke and mirrors.
I have had a terrible time trying to get to my savings account. It has been some time since I have even looked at my account. It has auto deposits & auto payments to certain accounts. I just received a NSF notice on line & am trying to get to my account to be able to figure out what has happened. This has never happened & I am very up set. I do not make a habit of NSFs on any of my accounts. Thank you for you attention.
