I have been trying all weekend to get into my account via the E Teller to check my balances and have been unable to. I keep getting the msg that the site is either "busy" or "unavailable." I have checked my internet connection and everything is fine; I have had no problem accessing other websites. I understand that the office is closed for the holidays but that the E Teller is supposed to be online. I am frustrated beyond belief. I have been a customer of DVFCU since 1986 and have never experienced this problem before. I would appreciate it if someone would contact me either by email or phone (530) 876-1442 when you open on Monday.
