Dow Chemical Employees' Credit Union

Membership in this credit union shall be limited to:

(A) Employees or retirees of The Dow Chemical Company and its affiliated companies (collectively referred to as "Dow").

(B) Employees and retirees of the Dow Corning Corporation and its affiliated companies (collectively referred to as "Dow Corning").

(C) Employees and retirees of this credit union (referred to as the "Credit Union").

(D) Immediate family members as defined in the definition section of these Bylaws and in accordance with the Membership Policy established by the Board of Directors.

(E) Any legal entity that is comprised for the most part of the same general group as the membership of the credit union as outlined above.

(F) A spouse of a deceased member may be accepted into membership prior to remarriage.

(G) Employees or members of employer groups or other organized groups which are located within 25 miles of the credit union's main office or a branch, which office location is authorized as:

1. 600 East Lyon, Midland, Michigan
and in accordance with the Membership Policy established by the Board of Directors. Each group must provide a written request for service to the credit union. The Commissioner may permanently or temporarily revoke the power to add groups under this provision at the Commissioner's discretion.

(H) Non-institutional shareholders of stock that represents an ownership interest in The Dow Chemical Company and its affiliated companies (collectively referred to as "Dow").
