Yes. I tried calling both branches in Pontiac, Illinois at 4:45. It transferred to main bank in Indiana, who didn't know didley squat about if either bank had a drive up or longer drive up hours. I will be making a cash deposit I guess in the night deposit and pray it does not get "lost". I don't understand why both branches in Pontiac have the same 815-844-3171 number, and could not talk to anyone in Pontiac. You can directly call the branches in Bloomington? Very upset!
