Pompano Beach Branch...Helen and Dotty are wonderful people. They are so nice. Unlike other banks its a pleasure to go there. great branch.

The same thing happened to us someone stole our money off our direct exspress card.

There was a cash withdrawal taken from your bank using my Direct Express card number I live in Pennsylvania they drained my account which had my Social Security money on it I would love to know how that was possible without ID or even the actual card the withdrawal was over $400 at 2 something in the morning on November 2nd
