I have an a/c there in Naples (.....4287). Am presently in europe and tried to log in to your website to use my a/c. When I logged in I was asked for a pass code and only given the choice to give my Naples phone number to receive it so I could confirm my ID. But I'm in EUROPE and can't use my naples phone # (...4850). Couldn't log in! Called Everbank and spent 50+ minutes on the phone calling from Europe trying to get you all to allow me to use the website . Was cut off twice! Problem NEVER solved. Can't log in! Am mad as hell.
