Since new mgr hire, much improvement has taken place. Would love to have option of security box but understand it’s a big overtaking. Also would be nice to offer coffee, hot choc, tea with cookies along with small sitting area chairs ,small table and daily newspaper for clients needing a quick break. Wintrust bank offers these wonderful additions which are so much appreciated by their customers.
Of course I realize this is a much smaller bank and most likely doesn’t have the room for that kind of setup but you asked lol.
