not answering their phone after mant attempts
Friendly employees, and a solid banking experience. I'm happy I moved our business accounts over to BU in 2011. It has been a good experience compared to what we experienced with the larger national banks.

From this Bank located at 3660 W. Oakland Park Blvd, Lauderdale Lakes, FL
Today I went to this bank to use the ATM machine. I paid $3 to use the service and because the ATM machine is so old compared to most banks who have updated their machines; This ATM did not prompt for me to remove my card once the transaction was completed. Unfortunately I left my card from at the machine and within 30min I went back to get my card only for the male associate to tell me that he has my card but cannot give it back to me because it's the company policy!!!! He then lied and told me that the manger was on lunch and therefore I could not speak to a manager. I had my passport/ID card/W2 to show proof that the card belonged to me.....The fact that these two associates at this bank purposely held onto my card and refused to assist me after watching me use the ATM within 30min is disappointment in humanity and was completely uncalled for. I can understand if it had been several days after I left my card at the bank but within 30min. No care in the world for a customer.....I now have to pay $35 for a new card to be rushed to me because the two associates was unkind and had no care that I had no way of getting money after I explained and cried about all the things I had to do today.....I felt like they could have made an exception for me or maybe it was because of the color of my skin. POOR POOR SERVICE!!!!!!

I have just a short question: recently I wanted to take some money from automat-it was not ossible. I was asked for "The authorisation", I didn,t know which kind of authorisation.
Could you,please,let me know is it ok with my card and why I could not take money from the automat.

We have enjoyed working with Bank United for the past several years. Your staff is extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with.
My only suggestion is being that your organization is growing so rapidly and many of the folks that originally worked in our local branch have been promoted to other positions within your organization it would be nice to see the Branch Manages names on website for each branch.
I do a lot of my banking remotely and through the drive up so I learn about the changes when I happen to go inside of the branch. The transitions are always seamless this is not a compliant by any means. As I stated everyone is extremely accommodating. This is merely a suggestion, and an easy way for your customers to stay informed and to remember names when they need something.
