I had a horrible experience with a 3rd party Check deposit that I didn’t know was forbidden unless the 3rd party was with Tropical. after getting Michelle for involved it was smooth sailing I was able to retrieve the check and cashed it with the 3rd party present. She was really compassionate and understanding to me needs. Thank you MIchele

Michelle the Branch Manager is the BEST!!!!! SHE IS ALL ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I have been in customer service for 35 years. She has helped me get a new start to a lot of issues with bank accounts, and rebuilding my credit. SHE IS ABSOLUTELY AN ASSET TO THE COMPANY!
