The worst customer service of all time. The phone automation the worst of all time too.

HORRIBLE SERVICE SINCE THEY WENT "VIRTUAL" - YOU CAN NEVER GET A HOLD OF ANYONE. They do not even list the phone numbers for their branches anymore!
I have been a member since 1984 and am going to close my account and leave them. WORST SERVICE EVER......and now they are starting to come up with more and more fees. They have a new thing where they show you what deposits are pending, which means this money is in the bank, they are offering to deposit the money "early" into your account for a $2.00 FEE! If the money is already available, deposit the money now as a courtesy to your customers. I really am upset by this an really, really am disgusted with this credit union.

Changing Banks I have been with GTE Federal Credit Union for close to 30 years everytime I go there something's wrong with machines outside something's going on inside I got to Better deal with my car through a dealership I like human contact not through a box

How can you put in 0 stars. This banking company is the worst for service and availability. It's surprising that when you actually do find a location they don't charge you admission and a fee for the time that they give you. Avoid, avoid.. run away!

I have been trying for two weeks to check my accounts online with no luck . I have come to the Sarasota branch where we are members and a customer support person thought he helped me out, but when I got home it was not in my inbox either time. I would appreciate it very much if you could help me. Thank you very much, I appreciate your attention to this matter.

This bank needs to have a line where non members can call with issues related to the use of their services. Also the printed receipts they provide at the machines when people make deposits should include the date and time of the deposti, otherwise one does not have proper evidence of deposit.
