cold hearted, never smile
cold hearted, never smile
I visited the jfcu on the west side, it was my first time, cause I was making a payment. The young lady that took my payment wasn't respectful, she called me by my first name and, I just told her Mrs.? last name, OK it doesn't matter to her because she did it again, so for me I always knew that the banks have been very respectful and professional with there clients, so she needs to be trained on being that great customer service.
The 2 old ladies that work the lobby are pleasant to your face but the minute you walk away they make little comments about you to each other unaware that someone else in line knew that person and heard exactly what was said, and saw the look they gave.also Edna had the ordasity to tell my son he only has enough money in his account for a Big Mac, my son laughed at it but he was still embarrassed by that comment and other people could hear it, even though it was true,at the time, he was working and doing the very best he could at that time. For that reason. I was embarrassed for my son. He remains a loyal Customer at JFCU for that comment I moved the majority of my business to Vystar and seldom will I go into the lobby in Southside with those 2 old ladies.Renee was a joy when she was there but she transferred to Park street and seems to be very happy there,
Some of the info you are given is questionable or they just dont KNOW.and there is always someone new.but you never change out those 2 old ladies. There is less traffic in that branch than other banks in the area. Umm I wonder why?
Service is usually excellent. Information is hit and miss. I've had two instances where I was given incorrect information that had the potential to cause me severe problems. That, and the fact that you can't get a human being after hours, are why I'm going back to Vystar.
