Your bank needs to work on customer service. My wife and I came to change address and order checks. Korey, your customer service rep, was cold , unfriendly and pretty much treated us like we were a bother. This bank is always cold and unfriendly, sure not getting better. Yes we will be changing our account but before we go; your people need to train at your bank in Forest. Friendly and always there with a smile. No smiles or greetings at this bank.
