what is the phone number of the clearwater branch.? what are your latest cd rates?

My corporate debit card was never received. It has been over one month now. Denna has called twice and we still don't have the card. This has caused a major inconvenience as corporate services are debited to this card and now we have to apply those charges to a credit card. I have accounts with MidFlorida and can walk in their lobby and get a replacement on the spot. Please call Denna Watson-Little (cell) 863-660-5037 or me at 863-660-6902 so we can discuss how to resolve this problem.
