Four Flags Area Credit Union

A. Anyone living, working or worshipping in the following counties: Berrien County, MI, Cass County, MI, or St. Joseph County, IN.

B.Employees and pensioners of the Tyler Refrigeration Corporation at Niles, Michigan, and Stanley Knight Corporation at New Troy, Michigan;

C.Employees or members of employer groups or other organized groups which are located within 25 miles of the credit union's main office which office location is authorized as:

1443 South Third Street, Niles, Michigan

Each group must provide a written request for service to the credit union. The Commissioner may permanently or temporarily revoke the power to add groups under this provision at the Commissioner's discretion.

D.Employees of this credit union and Local 0-7816 P.A.C.E.

E.Members of the immediate families of the foregoing.

F.Organizations, incorporated or otherwise, composed for the most part of the same general group making up the membership outlined above.

G.A spouse of a deceased member if elected to membership prior to remarriage.
