I love this bank!
I have been with this Bank for 30 years & have referred many customers. I have never had a problem. Always willing to help in any situation "within" the means. Their door is always open where you as a customer is treated like family.
Customer Service is always helpful, professional, & understanding to my needs. No need to wait at the drive through when you can meet a smiling face inside!
Upon calling the banks "800 number for customer service" with an issue, I had with my Business Account, the representative that answered my call listened to my details, she then communicated her concern and that she would desire to escalate my call to her supervisor at this time as she would be able to correct the issue and not delay or prolong a solution. She put me on a brief hold then it seems [ due to weather perhaps it had been storming ] we couldn't hear each other. I am on my end saying I'm here can you hear me? And she was doing the same on her end. Then we lost connection - I said, my luck on the phone for 10 + minutes and I loose connection. Then within the minute - my phone rang! She had called me back, this is most unbelievable in today's market, as I have been on the phone with customer service with my cell phone company and lost connection and they have never called me back. She apologized for the loss and said she was going to get her supervisor now for me. The representative showed concern for my time, was extremely professional, was mot afraid to act - at times rep's want transfer you when they will not have the authorization to do what needs to be done- this was Shawn D and she gets 20 Stars out of 10!
I was given a cashier''s check from this bank and it bounced. And then I received another cashier's check in whichis I'm leary to cash it because my checkling account is at a -$2000+ balance. I'm very upset.
Your company is not honorable.
If you have any issues during the weekends and need info or a quick fix... forget about it... until Monday morning at 9a.m.... like really...
Worst bank I've been to. Save your time and find a decent bank.
Always some type of fee with this bank....they say totally free checking but there.is always a fee. Deposits don't show up on time, online banking is down half the time, and drive thru wait times are through the roof! Look for another bank don't come.here. I have been with this bank for several years and it's always something.... just recently opened an account at another bank and as soon as pinnacle gets my direct deposit I'm getting my money and closing the account.
I am so thankful to the woman that helped me with an online situation/ bill pay. She was in the Elbert on office. Her patience and kindness will always be remembered.
