Love how at least three of the "listed locations", that I know of, are permanently closed. This list NEEDS to be updated!
i have never reviewed anyone before but had to this time because it is the worst customer service i have ever received. i called the 487-5355 and the phone just rang and rang never a message or anything and finally it just disconnected because it rang so long. Then i called the 800 number and hit option 1 to speak to a live person and stayed on hold at least 20 minutes and did that at least 3 different times. This is not good business and will be moving my account to FMB.
Services not that great.
I am so impressed with how smoothly my experiences have been in my dealings with The Heritage Bank, here in Brunswick, GA. The bank is aesthetically appealing both outside and inside, and the bank's personal always look and act professional. I am most impressed however, with the the banks branch manager, Ms. Amanda Duncan. You can be certain of an enthusiastic welcome and personal attention, regardless of your banking needs. She is highly knowledgeable regarding all aspects of banking, and is very customer oriented. She makes all her customers feel both special and appreciated. I recently changed my bank to The Heritage Bank, and Amanda is the primary reason I made the change. I have been using this bank for several years. I have always had great customer service from all of their employees!
I have been trying to do online banking but I am not able to get to the sign-in page. What can I do next? Other than this situation, I really enjoy doing my banking at The Heritage Bank.
