I feel it is wrong when you have a debit come through your account that morning but you have put enough money in the after hours drop box to cover that debit but you still get charged a 35.00 fee It is not right and you are not given anytime to put the money in the bank before being charged a fee. I spoke to someone on the telephone teller line about this and they were RUDE and unprofessional. I will be changing banks.

You have had a doco in Pelham for years.why is there no atm for doco within a 30mile radius? I left SunTrust bank and came to doco for the same reason.when I made the switch there was a atm inside of Walgreens in Camilla but it was later taken out.

I have tryed to call and make a payment by phone like I have always done each year and ask what was going on with this new online banking you guys were shutting down for and i cannot reach anyone to ask or to even make a payment. I honestly do not want to do this online banking bill paying and i certainly do not wish to mail a check. I really need to speak to someone on the phone about this and at least make a payment. can someone please call me at 828-803-0690, or call or text me at 828-460-6807. thank you Susan OConnor

it is hard to believe on a Monday evening at 3:00 every phone from every branch in the whole state of Ga. has a busy signal, what kind of chicken shit outfit is this. been a member for over 20 years and can't get thru to talk to anyone about this new screwed up online banking system, the worst I have ever dealt with.

Was introduced by a friend in 2014 its been a pleasure working with christopher powell and larry meeks looking forward to doing alot more business with them thanks for everything happy holidays
