ATM constantly doesn't allow cash deposits.
Horrendous service. Where to begin?? Adam Greene completely screwed me over on my mortgage via a short term fix that was supposed to end up in a HELOC. He left. No one would take up where he left off. I have now tried to call the branch to get a completed of the note terms (contract) yet no one answers the phone and the message center (Jill Green) mailbox is full. So we moved here from Atlanta three years ago and the bank was the first thing we had to establish. We were with a Synovus bank in Atlanta so we chose the location near the High School. This staff is beyond awesome. They knew our names at our Second visit and continue to address us by name to this day. We have multiple accounts (savings, mortgage, checking) and they have all been handled with meticulous perfection. I would not go anywhere else.
I am so disappointed in this bank. i just opened a new acct and then i deposited money from my old bank (BANK OF AMERICA) to this bank using the supposedly convenient mobile deposit app on my phone. well, after 3 days of not seeing the deposit, i call customer service on a saturday (not helpful at all) to see why my money isn't available. i find out they are going to hold my money for 15 days!!! are you f'ing kidding me?????? i can't get to my money to pay bills, buy food or gas. i should have stayed with BOA. i will be closing my acct with Synovus on monday. DO NOT USE THIS BANK
